Originally from Brazil and based in Oxford, MI, she is the co-founder and CEO of Grumpy Lemon, a boutique consulting company that provides creative, human-centered solutions with a commitment to creating happy people, healthy processes, and meaningful purposes, generating engagement, productivity, and sustainable growth.

Cintia is also a Global Talent Management Manager for a multinational company headquartered in the United States, where she is responsible for developing the pipeline of leaders and building leadership excellence across the globe.
